Modular parking garage plugin

I am trying to make a modular parking garage plugin made of 2x2 tiles, but how are the cars going to be put on each tile without taking too much texture space or looking too redundant? I am using this as a base:

I mean make it to scale of the other parking lod decals. I wnat to se this go far!
