The 3RD TALLEST BUILDING IN ALL OF THEOTOWN!
The July Tower is a tower that was built to commemorate Yekateria's 70th Anniversary since the Revolution. The tower acts as the HQ for Yekateria's state broadcaster RTE and TVYFM.
(This was made by myself)

Well, Yekateria had its communist revolution in July, hence July Tower
