Too communist for me
I prefer glasses and steel skyscrapers but this building is Nice, mainly the modulable function

Looks arstotzkan to me though, truly the epitome of the comfort of gray high-rise building can offer to a hard-nosed proletariat.

Hah! That's true.
I like papers please. I named a state after one of the places in that game.
