Theotheotown/Mr French is a liar

As said in the title. He published some plugins not long ago and said that the texture were created by him. However, a website called oocities (
www.oocities.org ), where plugins textures for Simcity 3000 ( or 2000 idk ) were uploaded have the exactly same textures...

I can't find the oocities page.I think it's replaced by geocities.Maybe you can provide a screenshot?

Oh my, I don't understand why someone would possibly use another's building as his or her plugin...making the building is the fun part!

I am sorry to have helped him to upgrade textures I didnt know thoses were from other games.
