Presenting
underhill, a 2x2 underground small hill shelter for the isolationists, survivalists and the like minded lonely people. They can now enjoy peace and quiet underground with this new plugin. The underhill is flameproof (duh!) and needs no power or water, but it builds in a month and can only fit 10 citizens. Has winter frames.
If you are LOTR guy, you will understand the underhill reference.
