Cant move device

Hi, I have buy a new Android device. I try to move the folder Android/Data/info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown all folder to new android device, but it wont start as my expect. I still starting with new Empty City. Is there any step I miss or wrong copy folder? Thank you all your help
