Where did the audio from religious buildings come from?

When you click on a building in the religion category, audio appears that appears to have come from a cult. does anyone know the origins of this audio?

I dont seem to hear it. Do i need to click it on the build menu or do i choose another type of building?

It's something that can be turned off in the settings.

It sounds like an Imam (muslim praying leader) saying AllahuAllah while praying
