Ah, I see, It is based on one of the colorful residential blocks of which some were removed from the game temporarily a while ago, right? Good job on the rework.
And I didn't mean that it looked like it was in snow, I meant that its look reminded me of snow camouflage that you would find on military uniforms or vehicles etc. I used this reference merely as a description to clarify which buildings I was talking about. I think the building fits the delapidated soviet theme quite well.

Most surrounding buildings are so low for a reason... The military didn't want people to see the military base. Those buildings are from 50s, higher buildings are more recent.

What's with the tree (and dirt/rubble) filled space between the buildings? Some buildings are not even road connected! Is this supposed to be like a miniature Detroit, with many demolished and abandoned buildings? Are there also demolished roads?
