My DSA Agency wont gather supplies

It works in sandbox mode too, so you will surely need one of those buildings, btw remember that the trucks must arrive at ur Launch Station, so the further away it is, the longer it will take.

Tried that, even SURROUNDED it by like 200 tiles of Industry, still, 0/1000 supplies collected!!
