Hmm, if your citizens are interested, they can visit Avalon for An Avalon Christmas. I'm sure that visiting our country would help improve their state of mind before going back to Doa. We'll also send more of our forces to help clear the country of mafias and syndicates. Aid of $2 million will be sent to Doa yet again.

Ahh thank you i copied the style from another city on the photo list not much detail needed to go in as doa though i do enjoy detailing though it can be painstaking at times that why i do what twodollartwenty does focus on areas that will have high attention

We finally got snow those living near the Doa Lake will be experiencing temperatures of 20 degrees Celsius while those farther away will be experiencing 50 degrees Celsius so yeah also expect 3ft of snow outside so have fun everyone

Recently the welfare has been dropped too 200 dollars a year not a month a year so now there will be less unemployment due to people having to work for money there have been people who have disagreed with this chose but the mayor has said they need to do this railhot city has done the same along with two others

Raising the quality of life and having grassroots anti crime programs will do good for the poor population, they will be able to spend more on education, health,consumer goods and it can raise revenue for the govt. Its not literally the poor robbibg the poor duh, ofc there some rich or middle class folks on doa as well. It also removes the sense of impunity on the lower class.

This will take time though in other news Railhot City has announced that a new office tower has been completed and the suburbs will get an expansion

Also educate yo citizens, increasing their level of education will yield more economic benefits and will make them more attractive as employees and for companies to hire them providing work, also teach them self defense and other anti crime programs like a national hotline.

We deeply want to confirm our commitment in improving the welfare of Doa, and because of that, we would be willing to do the following:

If our proposal is approved, Avalon will:

- send teachers to Doa's schools to promote good education
- conduct job fairs to help provide jobs for the unemployed
- send aid in the form of goods and such
- construct more homes for the poor

If there is any request that Doa wants, do not hesitate to ask. The international community would be more than willing to help Doa

In new news three new schools are being built around the lower income areas of doa one named Jefferson High another Maryland Elementary and the last one Sunnyside University

Also the mayor is trying to find teachers some of the high class have accepted to be teachers so it seems it may be good might be a high standard like Railhot City
