Well, I use the formal and full names of countries in any matter, so I won't be changing it unless the full name is changed to Sedile. The most probable thing that I can do is just add (Sedile) at the end.
Aizat has said that the Official Name of his country is Sedile. He would very much want it to stay like that, Sayudalia is only reserved for special instances but the country is officially known as the Kingdon of Sedile

I don't think you should use Sayudalia cause in some cases, people may get and think of it wrongly. I kinda have to agree with Leo.
