Nice, but it's a little too small. People are 3 pixels tall. It would be better if you made it one pixel taller and maybe a little wider. You should also add tables inside.

Actually I personally like the height it's at. Its meant to be a small picnic area. However, I did make some larger versions of this plug-in:

I would have added tables, but with TheoTown's resolution being this small it's not even worth it. And about the height, not all pavilions are tall. I actually visited some resently that were only a head tall than me. I don't plan on doing anything else with this plug-in so if you want to make an edit of it feel free to do that and post your edited version in this thread.
