More New Residential Buildings

Hello there!
Due to the kindness of the people behind theotown and also the community. This plugin has been put inside the game as an official residential building ingame. So, no need to download this plugin. If you wanted too, then feel free to use it as an example for making basic RCI buildings for your plugins. Just don't copyright my buildings as yours. And don't forget to credit.
