Blimp Transport

Mine - This is my plugin, don't reuse any contents of it without my explicit permission.
Have you ever wanted blimps in your city as a new transportation type? Well this plugin does just that. To spawn blimps build a blimp hangar which can be found in transport category which requires level 15 to build. One hangar spawns 1 blimp each.

This is nice (though how do the blimps fit in the hangars?), but some rotations look very strange, like the original blimp was taken and rotated.
