Hello Theonians, today I present you a project I've working on for some time. It aims to improve current road system by editing current roads, adding new ones, adding new vehicles etc.
It's still in work but I let you try it out early so I can post screenshots peacefully :lol:
The best thing in this version are DIAGONAL ROADS!
Yep, you heard that right, you will be able to make cities that are more than a square grid. :)
Dirt roads, country roads and expressways are the only one to have this feature right now (it was not easy!)
I recommend you to use a decal/ground plugin with this plugin.
I hope you like it! :)

All features in v0.2 beta:
• Remastered look of the dirt road
• Dirt roads connectable with the neighbour cities
• Bus stops placeable on expressways and highways
• Diagonal dirt roads, country roads, expressways
• Diagonal suburban roads
• Avenue with palms
• New cars
• Elevated road height up to 12
• More...

Update v0.2.1:
• Added suburban road with diagonal version
• Added avenue with palms
• Added new cars
• Added better texture for dirt roads
• Increased the max road levels from 3 to 12
• Adjusted the city ranks needed for the roads
• Adjusted avenue speed
• Adjusted some things for the highway
• Fixed incompatibility with new road levels
• Hidden interchanges category :bq

Remember, this is only v0.1v0.2!

I like this plugin alot, it kind of makes cities more realistic, and buildings on sideway roads look pretty good.

It's also funny when you see cars driving on it, it reminds me of the video were the Porsche bumps into a little van parked next to the water and it falls in, then the Porsche drives away real fast

The next update will contain "improved" alleys, because currently they are kinda useless.

Also, in some of next updates, there may be more bridge options for expressways.

Doesn't work for me either.. I place the roads as the example but nothing happens.
