Poison oak and a surprise.

Be sure to see this first! The map creation time for giant map is over 5 minutes. Probably causing a lot of exceptions.

The red oaks are poison oaks with great pollution influence due to the poisonous itchy substance that emanates from them. Unfortunately, there is also a great noise influence due to the flocks of birds (crows and aizat
birds) that come to eat the white berries. The influences don't match, so finding spots to build residential free of pollution and noise is tough. Industrial doesn't mind them, and commercial doesn't seem to either.
You may want to make a backup of copy your maps and/or region folder to prevent the spread of this tree to maps you like or have spent a great deal of time on.
Best used on a new city for a challenge using trees of course! Huge or giant maps will be best, as smaller maps may be completely covered with pollution and noise. To start a city, you would have to do a great deal of removal first.
