As the title suggests, an encyclopedia about TheoTown that is in the game itself already.

Yes, forums exist, but put yourself in the POV of a new player: Would you really be willing to have a deeper research about how this game works when you are not even sure if it could meet your standards yet?

Maybe, but honestly, majority would probably choose not to.
