this new building looks good，but every floor is too big compared to other buildings so that I haven't added it as a plugin before .So can we do some improvements such as adding more windows ?

i dont think Windows would help its cause the bulidings were made by different plugin creators then lobby put them into the game but cause made by different people they are in different styles and sizes so yeah.
