International Council
the International Council is an organization of all states with the objective of peace. there will be several branches in the International Council including:
Found against Hunger
Humans Rights council
Education council
International Medical Council
International Culture Council
Thee goal of the IC is to preserve peace, the objective is also to provide better life conditions for humanity and encourage them to do a common fight for more equality and freedom... each member country must respect Humans Rights ... that include that death sentence should be forbidden , and that death sentence is not allowed for political opponent. to be member of the permanent security council, you must respect all humans rights and death sentence can't exist in your country

IC claim to be the spiritual future of UN, they are trying to create a new UN government and we officially learned that they will build a new headquarter with improved systems. They told us they would start job only once everything ready.

Gracity would like to request membership to the IC,
We will promote 30,000 reserves to an international peacekeeping role!
If we are successful in membership then will would like to bring up the threat of Valkyrie,
this country has created many wars in its lifetime. And threatens the world with possession of nuclear weapons, and the detonation of a 20MT one!
We hope denuclearisation will be the best bet.

Greetings from Avalon!
As a continuous member state of the United Nations and the United Nations Security Council, Avalon wishes to "reapply" as a member state of the International Council.
We have fully obeyed and followed human rights and that while a death sentence has occured once in the country's life as a democratic state decades ago, we fully object against the death penalty, as evident wherein we have kept our rebels as prisoners with meals three times a day, and supply a small sector of jobs in the economy while in the prison.
While we do agree with fellow other states that the management of the predecessor to the IC was not that well, we may fully commit to helping make the word a better place.
We are willing to also send 50,000 peacekeepers in the future.

No. Rhinestone, Avista, Eastern Oceanic, Western Oceanic, Rhinean Timor, and Rhinean Palaos form the United Nations of Avalon once the new framework is passed

UHAE will attend to the meeting , however since International Council is young organisation they may have difficulty for that . Which is why OISPM will attend too.

you can also check the HQ design i made with blender and posted on sketchfab .
each fences is 3 meters high ( 1 meter on blender ), which means the tallest building is only 93 meters, however, there is an additional 26 floors underground, including 6 bottom parking floors for personnal and diplomats only, 10 reinforced floors designed to protect building from earthquake or potentials bombs hidden in the parking, 6 offices floors, and 4 inside garden floors , each floor is 3 meters high .
there is a total of 35 elevators . the building got 12 helipads and the fences can resist bullets up to 75mm .

Although I am not a member, I am bringing up the subject of Renev and Valkyrie.
I believe war is the only option at this point! Its drastic but if we made a huge coalition and use the over 1m peacekeeping forces + my air force and missile strikes from any member who owns missiles then Valkyrie will be an easy sweep!
This coalition I mentioned will also help get the refugees out of Renev.
Obviously this is up for discussion, this is just my plan of action
Valkyrie will be probably split between Gracity and Iridane!
Renev will return to its normal self!
