Huh, well I found it pretty easy, even though the entrance exam was like non-verbal reasoning and a technology aptitude test. So, not the usual type of tests you get.

I think the effect will be only one mldonkey can connect to a Emule and if the next mldonkey connect in 10 min, all mldonkey will be banned from this emule client for 5 hours.

In Romania there are:
A USELESS National Exam for the 2nd class(elementary school)
A USELESS National Exam for the 4th class
A USELESS National Exam for the 6th class
A IMPORTANT National Exam Simulation in the 8th class
A IMPORTANT National Exam in the 8th class(for choosing the high school where we'll learn for 4 years
The BACALAUREAT(BAC):For finishing the school(it has a Simulation some 2 months before the actual exam)
I had a seventh grade Simulation for the National Exam in the 8th Class. Totally useless and it was announced too late.

Huh, until now I've thought that we, in our country, had a complex ''National'' Exam system but no...,
apparently it's real plain compare to other countries' we just have 2 ones (one for high-school, the other for university) plus some more for government jobs and masters.
