A problem about my Plugin Store uploads

My uploads of my Harbor pack plugins that I made 2 days ago were suspended and I do not have any clue why they were suspended, I checked the plugins and it doesn't seem like they were broken or anything, can someone inform me about this?

They are using Josh's category which shouldn't be required by the PS rules.

Ok,I think after 3 weeks I remembered to fix it and fixed it atlast, but how can plugin store plugins get unsuspended,though?

i had the same problem with a highway pack i tried to upload... it didnt even make it to the store...
