New community plugin idea

Why don't we make another community plugin sort of how that guy that made the block office community plugin except that it would be hotel and tourism zoning that would be unlocked after you get an airport gate so the tourists can get in, and that it would be an alternative to commercial and if someone asks something like "why don't you make the hotel residential" it would be because do you know anyone that lives in a hotel? Nope. So it would be a cooler alternative to commercial.

I made a 4x4 hotel for the pack . It is based on the florida hotel in Orlando , Florida . I will put animations on it so it will be more bigger
