Since that it is FIFA World Cup fever now. Can anyone make Luzhniki Stadium or any football stadium dedicated for the World Cup?

Yes I totally support this, Luzhniki stadium should be dedicated to the world cup football. I was unfortunate that all the seats were full and I couldn't find the ticket so I have to watch FIFA world cup online on the internet.
