[Version 1.2.2] Night Plug-in (BIG UPDATE SOON!)

The night Plug-in is in early access.
The inspiration of doing this was playing too much OTTD with its NightGFX.

Version 1.2.2 (Religion Update):See attachments.
SNAPSHOT 2.0.1 (EXPERIMENTAL): NOT working

My Plans:
- Ground will be in the "Night" Category to avoid override ( for now it's in the Terrain tab)
- Every RCI will be in the Night-Zones (done!)
- No overrides
-City lights!

You can help if you want.

In Cities Skylines, the solar plant collects spare energy during the day and spreads it at night.
