Night Plug-in [Version 1.2 Zone update.]

The night Plug-in is in early access.
The inspiration of doing this was playing too much OTTD with its NightGFX.

Download:
Version 1.0: Last post of Page 2
Version 1.1 (Road update): See attachements

My Plans:
- Ground will be in the decoration Tab to avoid override (now it's in the Terrain tab)
- Every RCI will be in the Night-Zones (not all in one).
- No overrides
-City lights!
- Solar array is useless (But I don't know with what to replace it, so it producing electricity)

In Cities Skylines, the solar plant collects spare energy during the day and spreads it at night.

The Ground was already made, but it's not very practical as it is a decoration.

The UI is too bright ...Damn lobby!...I like you.
It needs more variety,but it's still pretty.
