Trains are seen inside the highway and the trees also building inside the highway. See pics below.

Try this:

"flag tram":false

in the highway json

Then
Remove the forester's lodge (maybe you'll built those?) or remove the tall trees e.g jungle trees.

✅Trains could be seen through highway.
