If you delete too many tiles that have a bulldoze price it can put your bank the negatives, which shouldn't really be possible because how can you pay to remove something you don't have money for?

Make a decoration plugin that uses frame alignment area that contains an on built fun with the action to remove itself at the current location. It will build in all RCI or unbuilt areas, but leave all public areas and roads intact.

That would work, but I'd like it to be fixed by the devs so other people don't go into millions of dollars in debt by accidentally doing this.
