✅SWAT Helicopter Bug

So I had originally had a SWAT HQ in the location of this museum, but I moved it because it didn't look nice next to a Christmas themed park.
Apparently the helicopter decided its going to stay in its location.
I tried calling SWAT to a location close to the HQ to get the helicopter to go there (is that how it works?), but now the Helicopter nestled itself on top of the museum's glass roof after the 'problem' was dealt with.

Well, um I'm scared poor ol' Mr Helicopter might slide off the museum into the ground below and cause a chain reaction of terrible incidents...
Ok, seriously though is there a way to move the helicopter around or make it land on the SWAT HQ,since I replace it in another part of the city.
