[Fixed] Lighthouse

I just found out that lighthouses don't need electricity and I'm not sure if it's intentional or just a bug. I just want to make sure.

It is a feature, not a bug :wink:

In old times many Lighthouses were powered by generators.
And the player should easy place them wherever they want.
