The Car on the residential decoration seems to be missing some pixels. I put it next to one of Borbor's vehicle decorations for comparison.

Is that a plugin residential decoration? I don't recall seeing vehicles on residential decorations.

It means that your game switched to low color depth mode because of the crashes. Disable it in Settings->Experimental Features->Low color depth and restart the game.
