Sorry for a long pause, but we run out of concrete
The industrial area has expanded and new factories were built. There are plans for future network of elevated freeways along the whole city. First part is already under construction. Also, an abandoned warehouse and rusty water tower (without water, how sad) were found when removing some trees. There are few logs and steel junk around the building. Maybe a small village was there long before the highway was built?

Industry is booming!

As suggested, some mining operations are being carried, but still nothing except metal broken parts was found. Some more industries were also built. And a big trading company with two big warehouses was done, too. Sell some materials or buy them! Note: Don't hesitate to tell your ideas, the community can also take part of the development of Avocet!

Discoveries

Some exciting news this time: copper was found under rusty warehouses. But that's not all! A small, dirt road was found nearby - a fallen tree covered it. Now it is cleared and road was extended to let vehicles drive there. The road was leading to two places - firstly, a swamp. An abandoned steel mill and small garage were found. There are some big iron ores between tiny ponds immersed in mud. And a second one - an iron mine. It is also abandonned, and the tunnels inside are collapsed. Will it be an ore tycoon?

New industrials were built on the edge of the area - few farms will be built on the other side of the trees and we will soon leave factories for a while. And steel mill and iron mine were renovated and open for business fast - now you can buy some construction materials from Avocket!

Avocket Industrial Area finished!

Some final constructions were carried, and Industrial Area was finished! Also new solar farm was built. Now Avocket is producing copper ore, iron ore, steel products, crops and others! Visit Avocket Exchange Market and buy some!
This area isn't fully completed, because it will be expanded later. This size is enough for now. Stay with Avocket to see next chapters!

I see a future project connecting the A1 or A2 to the A3 directly to Airport!

Probably will lead a new highway straight through the downtown.
