For PC version, I think, it shouldn't be built on UWP to make the game runs faster, to make the game doesn't heavy on Windows, and of course to decrease installer size and can be install across version of Windows from Xp to 10. *My Windows 10 is very laggy due to use a Multimedia Laptop* Or you can create both version of TT, one based on UWP and one based on non-UWP

I wish there can be available too for Linux PC (especially Ubuntu fam.)

I doubt it has a Multi-player Mode (If I understood you correctly)
And If I'm correct, this is a Joke, but I am Not really sure ...
( If it really is one, I might create my own Version of Theotown, who knows, I might develop a Open source Edition of Theotown based on OpenTTD or from Scratch)

Edit: oh well, that aged well. However the idea remain there, although it's likely going to be a mod than anything bigger.

Locales? So let's be pessimistic and the Game would be sold 100 Times, that would be ~100 - 700€ spent on locales. That doesn't Sound right.

However even Games from big Publishers have questionable Translations, so maybe a Translator costs 1 - 5k €?

solo que si usas PC o un iPhone vas a tener que pagar entre 108 pesos y 126 en caso de que sea en dólares... Si es en euros prepara tu riñón para venderlo porque se derivaría en 138 y 161 pesos
