As well? Is it a plugin? If so, what is the name?

I have both of these installed. It gets really dark some nights. The one with the moon building is in the plugin creator tools section of the plugin store as seen in the bottom photo. It enables lights in buildings so equipped.

Not much buildings have lights, but blame my laziness for that
