[suggestion] user made art/ad on buildings

Hello,
First : thanks for for having developped theotown!

I Thought that it would be fun if users could submit their own art or (fake) adverts, which would be displayed on some large buildings. For example, a mod for oolite does that : http://wiki.alioth.net/index.php/Your_Ad_Here!

It could be an extra feature for the paid version to come, and an easy way to allow some sort of user content.

Technically, users would have to post on the forum 1 to 4 frames of their ad, at specified size (20 by 40 pixels or any other size which suits to the game) . And each release devs would add them into the game.
Every ingame month, the displayed ad would be changed.

As for the rules, these ads should not promote real world things nor be offensive. And devs woulhaved the right to remove any ad as they whish.

Edit : also, I thought that it might be a nice way to promote the paid release. A call for submission could be launched beforr release, and those whose art is included would receive a free license.
To let know, that call for submissions could be displayed in a news on the game's menu screen.

What you think of those ideas?
