I Love the game, I play the latest version on my galaxy 7 edge. I was curious how good can you get on this game and went to youtube to watch some videos by players: there I saw they can chose which building goes where and so on, and have like crazy tall residential buildings.
I dont understand what other version is there? is that the PC version and it's different? I would love some explanation (:

Sounds like the sandbox modus!

Yeah, you can do it on sandbox mode but there is trick to build whatever you want on modes with cash. Just turn on debug mode.

I'm not 100% sure if it's glitch or not. It works on v.187(beta) but there was a version in the past where it was fixed.

Somehow i am able to build any zoned building for free on medium. IDK how i got that though

That's a result of enabled debug mode, it's useful for development
