I think it would be cool but remember we already have sim city for PC and Theo Town won't be free when it come out of beta

No offense, but for PC, I would rather buy Cities Skylines, TheoTown is for mobile and made so you can use it anywhere, wouldn't fit PC.

Ill see, there are a few games I want and I'm not rich enough to buy all of them

I play TheoTown on my Galaxy S8 and it is a fantastic game, i have played this game for a couple of years on different devices and to have it on PC would be awesome. I have played TheoTown on this app called BlueStacks which lets you play most android games on your PC but its not the best as it is very laggy but playing TheoTown on BlueStacks sort of gives you a feel of the game on PC and it is fairly good, controls will be easy and overall its a good opportunity to make sales maybe on steam and people would play the game and i would defiantly pay for the game if it was on PC. This is my opinion.

In computer, maybe not. No need to explain why.

Does Simcity4 have some sort of plugin adding/mods. Example, adding new building, roads etc.

I would like a PC version of the game but it will be too expensive to make and will probably never make any money back so PC version nope
