Do you have any main goals for this game? Are there any major features you want to introduce to this game? If yes,can you reveal some of them?

I am the graphics designer....my personal goal is to have more buildings in the game

To be more serious, here are my personal goals for the near future:
- replacing the graphics for the fire- and police departments
- adding some sports facilities
- more "big" industrial- and commercial buildings for lvl €€ or €€€
- more residental buildings for higher level
