Just an example code fragment. "handle y" allows you to move the pivot position up or down. So 4 would be 4 pixels down.

Another note: there is a possibility your nuclear plants are going to blow up by using stop wipeRCI on a fully removed map. It requires all your water to plant the trees. So you may want to remove it (once the game unfreezes from making so many changes at once) while you still know where it is.
