New city Load city Settings Additional features Exit Is all there were. New city Load City Are right there on the region page. The other three are right there after you load a city. I like the new way. Lots of people asked for popups over the months. Now have one. :) Still, Main menu was necessary....

Oh common, even I always get diamonds easily by Lobby, I still save them because I play the game fairly (I used diamonds for the building packages, that's all). I played the game gairly without using diamonds to get money or speedups I'm not using my diamonds... I would probably need them for my ne...
