Here's my version I turned the green roof into a huge open garden with trees and a small pond and I also changed up the colors a bit

It is Better, but you still forgot to add shadows

This idea was gived by Quinten in the Theotown Discord . The shape is inspirated by the origal school , but i've got only the airplane wiew of...

Not bad but in real life (and in Theotown) cooling towers and chimneys are connected to the main building, usually through pipes or a section of the building

Wait this isn't a police station, this is just the hospital plugin from before but with a different texture , It even has the same ID, so you can't use it if you have his hospital plugin
