If it was added, it should probably only happen at the edges of large bodies of water like oceans and large lakes. It would look really ugly if it spawned around a 2x2 puddle of water, but I think it might spruce up some of the bigger bodies of water.

The next version will include improved back graphics.

A hydroelectric dam. It can produce a bit more electricity than a wind turbine in a smaller area. A decent sized dam can produce enough electricity for a small town. Unfortunately, due to limitations with TheoTown, the water behind it isn't raised. I tried to overcome this, but to no avail. Download...
