It might be because of the changes in the car definition. Take a look at this thread:http://www.theotown.com/forum/viewtopic ... 768#p89768.
I will make a update of the more traffic variety very soon.
Does the glitch occur on only on these cars or on other models?

It is a custom made region with maps that I terraformed myself.

I can make you a spawner for them if you want aka taking a game building and adding the spawner to it.
