I'm guessing the motorways provide a means of connecting to other cities (the same with national roads) so we don't need to build additional connections.

I think i have heard that case before. Called title case. Using capital on the first letter for each words. Yep. Transit-enabled buildings
I was thinking. Is it possible to make transit-enabled buildings (ie cars can drive through the building)? This would be interesting. You can create drive-thru shops, arched, suspended or cable bridges, this'll be awesome.
