Please don't override the ids for in game roads unless you keep all present functionality in addition to your contributions. You should assume that any content I make requires the newest beta version. I don't have the ability to play test older versions (and even if I did that's not that useful to most people).

Did you install it correctly (you may need to unzip the file)? Also make sure it appears before all of the other plugins in the folder. Putting a 1 or an @ before the file name might fix that.

That would work, but I'd like it to be fixed by the devs so other people don't go into millions of dollars in debt by accidentally doing this.

Settings a Decoration's price to 0 does nothing. It will just ignore this 0 and use whatever price it feels like.

If you delete too many tiles that have a bulldoze price it can put your bank the negatives, which shouldn't really be possible because how can you pay to remove something you don't have money for?

You should desaturate a bit and add some texture. That would improve the texture a lot.
