Its in .plugin format so people dont change the code. This was done intentionally to protect the premium textures used in the plug-in

Too Many Ind. Cars

Is there supposed to be this many cars coming from this industrial area? My traffic is at 1x and the residential and commercial areas don't have nearly as many cars.

TheoTown isn't the same ever since Roblox players with emojis (no offense) started spamming low quality plugins and what not here. I've been lurking on this forum for quite some time now downloading plugins and their quality has massively dropped, very few new plugins that take advantage of the hug...
