I've been AfT for a while now. Came back yesterday to find ground railways in the roads menu. This is a fresh install and I have not redownloaded the plugins I previously used.
Could this mean ground railways are finally coming to TheoTown at last?

I've been adding highways to my towns, but sometimes (if there are existing roads crossing over the highway) there's no barrier between the two sides of the highway. Even if I remove the connecting roads, there's still a gap in the barrier. Cars are doing u-turns on my highways! How do I add a barr...

The park connector linetool is gone. I think a new one needs to be made - but with "draw ground" so that it can be placed on sand, concrete etc. It should have a higher level too - so that pedestrian bridges can be built over roads.

Since now we have both elevated and underground railways, why not make them interconnectable? Many rapid transit systems, such as NYC's subway and Singapore's MRT, have both over-and-underground rails.

I'm hoping to get this soon, but the tower is too large and the bridge road is too low. The actual bridge towers are 227m tall and the bridge road at 67m - maybe we should do it to that scale.

You need to have enough regional population to unlock the cities. I would suggest you move your city to the "flatearth" region as the tiles there are unlocked by default.
