I have beta testing via APP store and debug mode, but my version is v1.4.95 (495), c554.

Yea I got it from App Store on android. The person I emailed said it may be because sandbox mode isn't exactly fully... what's the word... supported I guess.

For the sandbox complaint, I don't know if you know this but if you enable debug mode it will enable sandbox mode

I have been playing a sandbox city for about I think q5 hours, and I have about 75,000 citizens. Random bug but the city happiness will literally drop to zero and it will say nan.
