I guess device hopping is the best idea in this case.

If the region has the no plugins rule and if you have the vanilla road tweaks plugin, it will not show the tweaked roads.

Yeah, so apparently Fitamint deleted some of his plugins including the taxiways plugin for unknown reasons.
