Do you mean weather effects? You can disable them if it's that bad. But in general every display displays colors differently so it's difficult to find a general solution.

Regarding your building I'm confident that less saturated colors and shadow would greatly improve it.

Once you got permission just state that fact in your plugin thread. If you don't get permission (regardless of whether it's because the author disagrees or isn't active) I suggest to try to come up with your own graphics.

Interesting idea. Just use

Code: Select all

"meta":{
  "search tags":["a tag"]
}
so that it can be found in the future by using "a tag". Same will be added for author, but that won't be reliable since a lot of plugins don't specify an author.

Please avoid heavy use of caps-lock. As publisher of a plugin it's your task to know who to give credit for which parts of it. Also you have to ask the original authors in advance whether you can re-use stuff from them.

It partly is by using templates. However, you have then to ensure that the templates have been loaded first (by naming them accordingly). Also you cannot split up the content of "fun":[...] so that's limited.

Go into the game settings->Others and enable debug mode and experimental features. This will show you the traffic lights option during road build tool :)
